Job Overview
Clover Phoenix is looking to hire a Security Account Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned client sites. This role involves hiring, training, and managing security staff, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services. The Security Account Manager will play a key role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional security solutions that protect people and property.

Responsibilities
- **Supervise Daily Operations**: Oversee the daily security operations at assigned client sites.
- **Team Management**: Manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and/or shift supervisors, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
- **Client Relations**: Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
- **Operational Support**: Coordinate necessary support services to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
- **Reporting and Compliance**: Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding issues or program updates.
- **Issue Management**: Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- **Staff Development**: Develop staff through performance management, coaching, counseling, training, annual formal evaluations, and recognition.
- **Policy Communication**: Communicate policies, company announcements, and job openings to staff.
- **Training Coordination**: Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific training, client-specific training, and annual refresher training for security personnel.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles used at the accounts, maintaining appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Proactively communicate with clients to understand and meet their needs, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- **Education**: Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
- At least two years of business management, operations, or supervisory experience (depending on the size/scope of the client).
- **Skills**:
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees, and client requirements.
- Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience preferred.
- **Competencies**: Staff management, financial management, integrity, problem-solving, conflict management, time management, customer focus, timely decision-making, motivating and directing others, and drive for results.
- **Licensing**: Licensed by the State of Texas Department of Public Safety.
